About these terms
These terms apply when you visit or use wardrobed.uk. By using the website, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These are website terms. They do not by themselves form the complete terms for a wardrobe appointment or an ongoing Wardrobe Stewardship arrangement. Any service-specific scope, timing, fees, payment and cancellation arrangements will be agreed separately before work begins.
About Wardrobed
Wardrobed is a private, appointment-based wardrobe service in London, founded and run by Daniel. You can contact Wardrobed at hello@wardrobed.uk.
Using the website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes and to learn about or enquire into Wardrobed’s services. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
The website is intended for users in the United Kingdom. Wardrobed does not promise that its content is appropriate or available in every other country.
Enquiries and services
Selecting “Make an enquiry” opens your email application. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking or oblige either you or Wardrobed to proceed. A service is agreed only when its details have been confirmed directly with you.
Descriptions on this website are general. The right approach depends on the person, wardrobe and circumstances, so no particular result is guaranteed. Availability is by appointment and may change.
If you go on to book a service, Wardrobed will provide the information that applies to that engagement before you are committed to pay. Nothing in these website terms affects rights you may have under consumer law.
Content and ownership
Unless stated otherwise, the Wardrobed name, W. mark, written copy, layout and original photography on this website belong to Wardrobed or are used with permission. They are protected by intellectual property law.
You may view the website and save or print a reasonable extract for your own personal reference. You may not reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit its content without prior written permission.
Third-party links
The website links to Instagram and may occasionally link to other independent services. Those sites are controlled by third parties and have their own terms and privacy practices. Wardrobed is not responsible for their content, availability or handling of information.
Responsibility and liability
Wardrobed takes reasonable care to keep the website accurate and available, but information may sometimes become out of date and uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. The website may be changed, suspended or withdrawn when reasonably necessary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wardrobed is not responsible for loss caused by relying on general website content instead of advice agreed for your own circumstances, or for events outside Wardrobed’s reasonable control. Wardrobed does not exclude or limit responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep any right to bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
These terms may be updated if the website, service or legal requirements change. The date at the top will show when they were last revised.
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@wardrobed.uk. Information about how personal data is handled is set out in the Privacy Notice.
